Our French House is situated in the Vendée region of France on the Atlantic Coast; it’s a newly built 4-bedroom villa for holiday renting within its own large garden with a heated private pool, overlooking an 18-hole golf course and close to sandy beaches.  It sleeps 8, and with the sleeping accommodation divided between two floors, is perfect for two families sharing.

 

It is part of the Domaine des Fontenelles, a development of holiday rental and private homes in a landscaped setting around the golf course. Our house overlooks the third tee.

 

The Domaine is only 10 minutes drive to the harbour town of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie providing access to the glorious Vendée coastline of nestling coves and expansive beaches, and a region which boasts the highest number of sunshine hours in the whole of France.
